I just finished pre-clear and formatted the disks on my first unRAID build. I'm trying to follow the four-step guide on the wiki to set up my user shares.

 

I stopped the array, but I'm stuck at Step 2: "Click Shares, set User Shares to enabled, then click apply." There's no Shares tab or page visible on the Main page. The available tabs are Main, Users, Settings, Utils. No Shares, and no such thing elsewhere AFAICT.

 

Could it be because the array is doing first run of parity building? Any tips?

You have to turn on shares first - Settings - Share Settings.

 

Then you will have a Shares tab.
