A Newegg review says the 5,900rpm ST4000DM000 is inside. Not the NAS drive.

    Do you know what the warranty is for this drive?

     

    Likely none if you remove it from the enclosure. Though, others have mentioned entering the SN into Seagate's website and the drive does have some kind of OEM warranty. If I had to guess I'd say 2 years since the NAS drive comes with a 3yr warranty.
