CouchPotato Updated and Now Will Not Start?

Featured Replies

I have Prowl setup to send me notification for CouchPotato and it just sent me a notice that CouchPotato has updated. I logged into unRAID to make sure it was still started and it was not. I am using the unplugged version. Here is what it tells me if I try and start the plugin. What happened? :'(

etc/rc.d/rc.couchpotato_v2 enable admin 8082 /mnt/cache/apps/couchpotato /mnt/cache/apps/couchpotato/data yes yes https://github.com/RuudBurger/CouchPotatoServer master

Starting CouchPotato v2: sudo -u admin python /mnt/cache/apps/couchpotato/CouchPotato.py --daemon --config_file /boot/config/plugins/couchpotato_v2/settings.conf --pid_file /var/run/couchpotato_v2/couchpotato_v2.pid

Traceback (most recent call last):

File "/mnt/cache/apps/couchpotato/CouchPotato.py", line 126, in

l = Loader()

File "/mnt/cache/apps/couchpotato/CouchPotato.py", line 47, in __init__

os.makedirs(self.data_dir)

File "/usr/lib/python2.6/os.py", line 157, in makedirs

mkdir(name, mode)

OSError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: '/.couchpotato'

Same issues here.  From the logs I can see where CP is looking for movies but the web page will not load.

I ended up deleting all the CouchPotato folders on the flash drive and cache drive and reset everything up from scratch. This seems to have fixed the issue but I know have automatic updates turned off.
