Best way to add shares to plex?

I just installed plex on my unraid box and I want to add some of my libraries.  The thing is, the Add folder dialog in plex is only showing the individual drives and not the proper shares. I have attached an image to show what I mean.  Will I need to add the subfolder from each of my drives for the shares I want to add to my library?  I feel like plex should be showing the share names and something has gone wrong.
