How to search for duplicate in whole Array? (Using Fill-Up)

Folks, I use fill-up for all the HDDs and manually move the folders from one disk to another. After lots of moving around, I just noticed that there are some duplicates here and there. However, how do I go about finding duplicates in every disk?
