January 22, 201412 yr Running 5.04 Background: (in case it's significant) Tonight, in preparation for reformatting my machine: I created a new share "JBH" on disk11 only. NFS export NO. Security SECURE. SMB export YES. SMB security PRIVATE. User access johnny = read/write I added a user "johnny. Set the username/password to match the current profile on my main PC. Copied over about 100Gb of stuff. All fine. I can see it all, and I can access it all [glow=red,2,300]My problem: (from my main PC)[/glow] I cannot access SOME of my appdata share: Specifically: \\Tower\cache\appdata\sabnzbd\downloads I can access \\Tower\cache\appdata\sabnzbd\admin I can access \\Tower\cache\appdata\sabnzbd\logs I CAN access \\Tower\cache\appdata\sabnzbd\downloads from other machines on my network.....AND can even access it from my main PC....IF i switch users.... but as long as I'm user "johnny".... "\\Tower\cache\appdata\sabnzbd\downloads is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have access permissions. Access is denied." I've restarted my PC. I've restarted my server. I don't know HOW I've locked myself out of that particular folder, but for whatever reason, EVERYBODY on my network EXCEPT ME can get to it... Help?
