January 30, 201412 yr See subject. Screen meaning the unfortunately-named Linux utility to be able to do pre-clears without having to keep an open putty session up. There is the option to do it with unMenu, which I don't use. There is also a thread about screen plugin, but it includes a mention you have to install it manually in v5, but no instructions on how to do it.

I know. It's always frustrating to search for something that is such a common word. There are a lot of ways to install screen talked about on the forum but they are mostly just complicated ways to accomplish the simple things in that post. In general, if you know the slackware packages you need you can just put them in /boot/extra and they will be automatically installed when unRAID boots.
