February 9, 201412 yr So, I've got a new flash drive to replace my current one, which has been giving me issues. My new flash drive has the latest 5.0.5 version. I was wondering what do I need to transfer to my new clean install to keep my settings and Plex plugin. Do I only transfter the "config" and "extra" folders?
February 9, 201412 yr If the problem was truly your flash drive and not your UnRAID configuration, you can simply copy EVERYTHING to the new drive except your old key file ... and be sure you have the new key file on the new drive. If the issue was your UnRAID configuration, then I'd start with a "clean" (just UnRAID) config; then take the time to one-at-a-time add your plugins and addons and confirm that everything's okay after each change.

I can confirm that my UnRaid config was fine. The issue was my flash drive. Sometimes, I would work fine other times it would freeze up. I hooked it up to my PC, and try to accesses about 10 times, and 8 out of the 10 times my PC was unable to access the flash drive. However, I was lucky that I was able to make a copy of it before it dies. I just want to start up with a clean slate, and add Plex just to make sure everything is well. I printed out the order of my HDD's as well. So, I'm thinking of just going with the clean slate and add Plex to it. Thanks.
February 9, 201412 yr Probably obvious, but don't forget to run the 'Make_Bootable' script from the most recent unRAID version.
