How do I back up ESXi VMs?

Thanks for taking the time to write this up.  I'll have to give this a shot.  Do you have any process in place to backup the unRAID boot USB stick?  I also boot ESXi with a USB memory stick, and should come up with a process to back that up too.

    I don't back up the unRaid usb stick. Not a real need, If you do you should be able to just copy the whole usb or the config folder somewhere. If the usb dies you're stuffed anyway (with the paid version), anything else you just plug it into new hardware which is the good thing about unRaid.

    The ESXi usb isn't hard to setup again. I do have a backup of the iso file as mine is customised with the vibs I need. It is easy enough to reinstall and start again.
