February 23, 201412 yr Hello. my Server was runnung since 07.2013 without anny problems. But since a few day's I get Disabling IRQ #16 and SystemSpeed and ParityCheck slows down. Here is the Part of the Syslog, did a fresh Reboot right before: Feb 23 20:03:41 VideoServer syslogd 1.4.1: restart. ... ... February 24, 201412 yr Latest Bios istalled on MB and on both SuperMicro Controllers. No change. But I have to say, that I did not expect a change, cause it had worked for more than six month without any issue. If I use Google with 'linux irq #16', I get alwasy something abot the network and / or graphic card. Was there a bigger change in the latest releases? only found in 5.0.3: update Realtek-supplied r8168 driver to version r8168-8.037.00 I'll give later an older UnRaid Version a try, when I'm at home. cy Kyruss
February 25, 201412 yr Hi, I decided to to a startover from sratch. Formated the ThumbDrive to get a clean start and no PlugIns. Sofar I was using UnMenu and the APC Plug in. I assigned the Disks to there old places, looking good. Then I returned the Server to it's old place and..... IRQ #16 striked again.... To make a long storry short...... For now it looks like the USB extention from the Keyboard is causing this mess.... Going to by a new one today and give it a try.... I'll let You know later... One thing is new to me... Sometimes I dont get the temp. of a drive, there is an * instead. ...if I klick Refresh, i sonetimes get the temp and the * is on a other drive, or I'm lucky and get all Temps. Any one any idea? cu Kyruss
February 25, 201412 yr I have had a USB controller conflict with my saslp card in a esxi setup. I just plug into another controller and have not seen the problem come back in 1-2 years
