Read Failures on Parity Drive Can Somone Verify?

Did a parity check and got 1375 errors on my Parity drive all of them being this with different sectors

My question is, it looks like there are no sectors pending relocation, so I should be able to do a preclear and re-add the drive or does the drive need to be RMA'd. It's under a year old.

Edit: Had to trim the top of my syslog for it to fit within the max size.
