{solved} Failing drive? Help deciphering syslog..

Featured Replies

Running Unraid 5rc3 plugins are (sab,SB,CP and cached directories)

Asus MB with A6-3500 APU and 4g of ram

10 Drives(29tb), 550w psu

Recently upgraded to a 4 port STATA card (si-pex40064 Marvell 88SE9215)

I immediately noticed errors in syslog, and I believe its my cache drive which isn't hooked up to the new card.

Attached are the syslog and the smart report on the drive. I'm running the extended smart test, but it wont complete for 48 mins..  I've also had a few random reboots in the last few days, since installing the new card.

Could someone help me decipher the syslog?  Cable, approaching PSU limit, or physical drive issues?

Thanks!
