Influencer's couchpotato plugin prevents access to tower interface, what to do?

Featured Replies

Hello.  I'm using unraid 5.05.  I downloaded Influencer's latest plugins of sabnzbd, sickbeard, couchpotato and headphones.  All worked except for couchpotato.  When installed and running, I won't be able to access tower interface.  But sabnzbd, sickbeard and headphones still accessible, so is unmenu.

Unfortunately, I have to have couchpotato :-)  It's one of the main reasons this machine was set up.  How do you fix this?

what port do you have couch potato set to?

also, there is a known flaw with headphones, so if you have just set that up, it might actually be that, which is causing the issue.

No plugins should use port 80, try something like 8003/4/5/6 etc

I'm using port 8083 for couchpotato.

Regarding headphones, I activated each plugin 1 by 1.  So pretty much it's cp.  Is there a different version of Unraid that I can download?  Or a different version of CP that I can use?  Can't find any anymore in user customizations.  Unlike CP, sabnzbd has other options such as those found in unmenu.

I don't know if it's related, but I managed to stop the process, went in the plugin, set it to NOT start, then I upgraded the plugin I use for couchpotato_v2 and now it won't install, it says "Installing empty git....blah blah" and comes back with the Install button still there and red letters NOT RUNNING but my unRAID GUI now works on every reboot now but no couchpotato...  Any way of installing this manually?

Post a screen shot of the couchpotato plugin config page from the GUI.

I solved it.  The settings.conf file repeated the port, it had 80838083 and the URL was missing, it had "master" as the url and the other setting was blank (which is "master") I fixed those 3 things, I now have CouchPotato up and running.
