Usb drive won't boot on Gigabyte board GA-8I915G Pro

My board went out on my existing unraid server so I picked up a gigabyte GA-8I915G Pro  it seems to have everything I need 4 sata ports, pci express for more sta ports, and a gigabite lan. Problem is I have tried all sorts of bios combinations and can't get it to boot. Any thoughts would be appreciated Thanks.

    Try doing a search on booting USB by brainbone.

    Most Gigabyte boards I've used require your USB stick to be in FAT not FAT32 in order to boot.
