March 28, 201412 yr Hi I have an issue I am hoping someone can help me with. I recently moved and installed my unraid server after having a new internet connection installed, new router etc.. Whine I can access unmenu normally and telnet into the server I cannot access the web GUI or see my shares from windows. I can see my server under network but it contains nothing. However I can see all my shares using midnight commander. I have checked and the network cfg is set to DCHP yes. Eth0 inet addr:192.168.0.10 Bcast:192.168.0.255 Mask:255.255.255.0 ipconfig ipv4: 192.168.0.11 mask: 255.255.255.0 gateway:192.168.0.1 I cannot access the web GUI using the ip address. syslog attached. Any help is appreciated. syslog-2014-03-28.txt
March 28, 201412 yr / me looks around for the Brute Force Hammer! Quick and dirty as I run off to work, it looks like a mismatch of your IP addresses. (.10 vs. .11) Try clearing your browser cache or a different browser. When that doesn't work restart your router and your PC and then try again. If that doesn't work, report back and someone else will pick up the thread.
March 28, 201412 yr Author Thanks but same result. I have tried a couple of different browsers and ret all the hardware numerous times and still the same result.
March 28, 201412 yr I assume the .11 is from your PC (since you see that with IPConfig) and the .10 is your UnRAID server address -- correct? If so, as you know, it should work !! Same subnet, correct IP Mask, etc. If you haven't tried this already, shut down BOTH your PC and UnRAID, and turn off your router. Wait 30 seconds; then turn the router back on; then boot both the PC and UnRAID. See if that resolves this.
March 31, 201412 yr Author Still have this issue. Correct above .11 is my PC and .10 the server. Tried resetting and no help. Thought it may be the new sky hub so tried messing about with the port forwarding but nothing (although may have done this incorrectly). Any ideas anyone?
April 2, 201412 yr Author Tried that and still no joy. Managed to find the old router so going to plug that in see if it makes a difference.
