Cache Drive and Mover Hung Up

Chased some problems with my unRAID and got it back up and running.  Now I'm having an issue with the cache drive/mover.  It seems the corrupt flash drive prevented the mover from successfully clearing items from the cache drive.  I'm now stuck with a file named "core" and five folders with no contents.  It will not let me delete them.  One item says it is in use and the others say I don't have permission.  No change when the mover ran a it's scheduled time.

 

How do I delete these and get the mover functioning again?  Thanks.
