migrating plugin data V5 to V6

Hi All,

 

if I upgrade from v5 to v6, how do i go about installing new plug versions (sabnzbd, sick beard etc) and can I use the same data directories so all my app dbs are kept etc?

 

i have seen how to do fresh installs of v6 etc, but have not seen any migration stories
