Wanted to report an issue but really do not know what would be needed to diagnose and resolve the aforementioned issue.  When ESXI 5.1 (1065491) is installed without applying any of the available updates, all is well in virtualized unRAID 5.0.5 land. 

 

When I apply the multiple updates that are presently available (bringing the ESXI 5.1 build number to 1612806) on the identical server build, speed of Parity Check in unRAID 5.0.5 is severely crippled.  Running 8 drives on a passed through SuperMicro AOC-SASLP-MV8 editing both the passthru.map file and unRAID.vmx to what is listed in ATLAS thread for said SAS card.

 

Don't know what would be needed to resolve this issue.  If response is just don't update ESXI, I can live with that, but annoyed that I'll have to start from scratch on one of them.  Would provide whatever diagnostics from both machines that would be required.
