Slow write to cache after changing to ssd cache drive

Hi noob here, recently I changed my cache drive to a ssd. After the change the write speed to cache is only 12 MB/sec. I then replaced the ssd wth the original 1.5T WD green drive but the write speed remained the same at 12 MB/sec. Any ideas?

    Sounds like something in the network is running at 100mbs instead of gigabit. Describe the source machine, its network card, the cables, the switch, the router, the cables to the server, and the server's network card.

    Hi, thanks for the reply. I posted just before I left home for work assignment and won't be back for a couple of weeks. I'll have a closer look at my network when I get back.
