April 16, 201412 yr I bought a 2 pack of Plus keys a long time ago. I never activated the second key. Can I pay for the upgrade both the unused and and used keys to Pro? If so do I just leave a blank line for my second key when upgrading or what?

You can then simply send an e-mail with the correct GUID when you later get the flash drive you want to use for this key. If so do I just leave a blank line for my second key when upgrading or what? Yes, and then you will have a Pro key credit remaining which you can redeem at any time.
