Windows File History keeping drive awake

I notice one of my drives is always awake Windows file history keeps check the configuration folder on my array every 5 minutes to see if it needs to back up anything i think. Is there anyway to have this be done on the cache drive? so far it does backup my files to the cache drive and then the files get moved over night its just the configuration folder that it keeps reading that wakes up the drive.
