I get this message when i boot my lime box. I have two memory keys and they both give me this message on boot up.

As i would suspect. My 1st boot device is set to removable device. 2nd is cd-rom and 3rd is disabled. Still nothing. I have swapped to different usb ports also.

That message is coming from your computer's boot code, not the flash drives or unRAID.  It is either not seeing your flash drives (BIOS settings problem), or they aren't set up to be bootable (flash drive prep problem).  I would check this page (USB Flash Drive Preparation), especially the section on BIOS settings, and then the parts about getting it to boot.  Three other helpful pages are:
