What's using all my memory?

I am running v5.0.4 with 16GB of memory and 98% of the 16GB is being used according to the Dynamix Dashboard.  If I restart it only uses 2% for about a day then goes back up to 98%.  I am only using one plugin Dynamix.  Is there ssh command that will tell me what is using how much memory?

    In short, you are fine.  It is the way Linux handles memory.  As programs need memory cache/buffers are released.
