I'm suddenly once again  getting this error which knocks 3 of my user shares offline.  This is a Ubuntu 12.04 server.  I had  added noserverino to my fstab file which I thought corrected the error by it has appeared once again.  Syslog is attached.  I ran reiserfck on the array disks, no corrupt ion was found.  I've also attached smart reports on the array disks.

The problem was due to a bad power cable connection to one of the drives which red balled when I tried a parity check..  Switched power cable and now rebuilding parity.
