Preclearing 3TB drive - Clearing will NOT be performed message

I have been trying to preclear a new 3TB WD  green drive and get the following message. Has anyone come across this issue before?

Are you running the latest version of preclear?

 

OH, and the correct response to the question is "Yes" NOT "Y"

Yes, it is the version from 5 April 2014.

I just realised that i was only entering 'Y'. feeling a bit stupid.

 

It is running now but should I worry about the warning?

As I recall, the GPT partition on 3TB drive is expected.  If you are still worried search for "GPT" on the entire forum.  I think you will find your answer there.
