Setting up UPS with unraid, got a couple questions

I have a Cyberpower 1000PFCLCD UPS. I installed APCUPS from unmenu and configured and all seems to be working properly. When I unplug the UPS the server shuts down gracefully when it should. One thing I'm wondering about is shutting down the UPS. I have that set to 'Yes' but what it does is starts a 60 minute countdown timer for that to happen. Anyway to make that immediate? Another question is that when power is restored (UPS plugged back in) the server doesn't restart. Any way to make that happen?
