Hi all.

 

One use for my unRaid server is as a target for my nightly backups of my computers.  Last night, Shadowprotect backup failed "cannot get access to destination object".  Sure enough, when I tried to copy a file from my Windows 7 PC to the backup share on the server, I got a windows error: "you do not have permission".

 

I rebooted the server and now I can write to the share.  Anybody ever see anything like this before?

    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
