Possible bad Parity drive?

I noticed my syslog is flooded with read errors on disk0. I checked the Smart report and it doesnt look good. Just looking for a little help understanding if there is a fix for this drive or if its it time to upgrade to a bigger drive. Thanks for any help on this issue.

From reading the wiki, it is looking like I need to replace this drive ASAP.
