Can't access plugins

I recently had to reboot my server due to a segfault from Plex error (syslog1). Once I did I lost access to many things including plugins and disks and shares. I can telnet into it and access the flash drive via smb but everything else is gone.

Some errors that concern me:

/usr/bin/php: error while loading shared libraries: libmcrypt.so.4: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

and

fatal: HTTP request failed

cp: cannot stat `/tmp/Couchpotato/*': No such file or directory

chown: cannot access `mnt/cache/appdata/couchpotato': No such file or directory

... OK

Starting CouchPotato v2: sudo -u root python /usr/local/couchpotato_v2/CouchPotato.py --daemon --config_file /boot/config/plugins/couchpotato_v2/settings.conf --pid_file /var/run/couchpotato_v2/couchpotato_v2.pid
