Shares appear to be gone after restart array

Running on v6 b5 and if I stop the array from the interface are restart it, all my shares appear to be gone.

 

After a reboot they do come back, just not sure what's going on.

And you think it is related to useing unraid as a dom0 ? Død you try booting without xen ?
