    I would suggest downloading the package file over again.

     

    I don't use unMENU, I installed a version manually with unRAID 5 without issue.

    Zero byte files are often a symptom of a corrupt flash drive. Haven't read the whole thread, but have you tried putting your flash in your PC and letting it checkdisk?
