LSI 150-6 (not on list but founf board posts where the hardware failed)

 

LSI MegaRAID MR SATA 300-8XLP

 

Motherboard: SuperMicro H8DAE rev. 1.11

    Controllers that run in JBOD mode are typically compatible. I have no knowledge of these particular models.

     

    The motherboard is likely compatible. Looks like a nice board.

    The LSI 150-6 is a SataI controller isn't it?  I had the MegaRAID 150-6 controller which I believe is the same thing.  It was slow when in RAID5 mode but very reliable.  Don't remember if it was really possible to do a JBOD mode or not.
