June 14, 201412 yr Hey guys, I just replaced my old 1TB cache drive with a 3TB drive for more space for files I'm seeding. However, after preclearing and transferring all the data from the old drive over, my new drive was showing that it only have 1.2TB left and as I continue to download from transmission to this thing, the space is dwindling. Currently, I'm down to 808GB. I don't get it. I have Sickbeard and CP creating symbolic links. However, My library has gotten messed up a few times in the past where links were broken. Could the symbolic links be the cause of this ridiculous amount of data usage on my drives? I looked at all the files that are actually there and it isn't nearly as much as what is being reported. How is it possible to have transferred over 1TB of data from a 1TB HDD to a 3TB HDD. Also, I must note that the 1TB had about 300GBs of space left before I replaced it. What gives? Perhaps there are broken links somewhere taking up 1TB of space?
June 14, 201412 yr What version of unRAID are you using? Versions prior to v5 do not correctly support drives larger than 2TB.
