Missing shares and Broken WebGUI [SOLVED]

I hope someone might be able to help with this.  One day, seemingly out of nowhere I lost access to my shares and to the unRAIDMain web GUI page (see attached photos).  I've tried restarting the array via command line, power cycling my entire network (all computers, network switch, and router), tried accessing it from multiple computers (Mac and PC).  The first photo shows that I can connect to the Web GUI.  The second photo shows that I cannot connect to the unRAIDmain page of the Web GUI.  The only share that shows up in windows explorer and mac OSX finder is the 'flash' share.  Please help I'm tearing out my hair trying to figure this out.

edit:  Just updated to 5.0.5.  Same problems.

    From the local console, start unraid in safe mode.

    Just renamed my plugins directory and used a stock go file and now everything works.  One of the plugins I was using must have been doing something.  YAY!
