Interesting.  I have an NZBDrone icon, but not a SABnzbd icon :)

Regardless, this is good work.  Thanks again for all you do for us.

As you guys noticed, not all templates have banners. I will be honest: I have very low skills with image editors. So if anyone wants do create some of the missing ones, I'll gladly include them. They must be 350x70px, transparent png's.

I need you all to test the App Menu functions with iOS/Android mobiles/tablets. I changed the popup provider again, trying to allow these devices to scroll contents. So, please test and give me a feedback.

Good news: I've already ported the plugin to beta8, incorporating the mods made by LT. Tom made a wonderful job cleaning up the code, now it's easier to maintain, it's a lot more modular.

All functionalities are there, and the image loopback mount works like a threat.

One thing you will be missing are your user templates. Run

cp /boot/config/plugins/Docker/* /var/lib/docker/unraid-templates/

and you will get them back.

Ok I just tested the app menu on iPad Air.  Looks good and seems to scroll just fine.  I even tested adding a container and it worked.

[glow=red,2,300]unRAID 6.0-beta8 Update Info:[/glow]

Tom added this plugin to the core functionality of unRAID in v6b8. This thread will still exist, so we can fix bugs and/or add features.

Here is a new plg for beta8: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/gfjardim/dockers/beta8/dockerMan/dockerMan.plg

It's IMPERATIVE that you all follow the instructions found here: http://lime-technology.com/forum/index.php?topic=34955.0

DON'T mix the 6b7 plugin with the 6b8 one.

Thank you for your work with this.  There are some things that could be changed in the .plg file:

a) you don't need the "wait for network" stuff

b) would be nice to have a 'remove' method.  I'll fix up that plg file and post it back here so you see what I mean.

Attached is modified plg file.

Found a couple bugs:

a) get rid of 'Dockers.page'

b) don't put Apps.page in webGui.  Leave it in dockerMan folder.  I guess Apps on main menu bar is ok for now, we have other ideas for that...

dockerMan.plg

So I dont need to install this plg in b8 because it is already built in?

So i remove the b7 plg, install Unraid b8 and that's it?

Yes, it's already built in. I will continue to develop this alongside LT, so if you want to keep updated with the last features, you can still install the plugin.

In the href URL in the banner icons under Apps, nicer to have the server name instead of it's IP address.  This is because if someone has multiple servers you can look in address bar to know which one you're dealing with.

I installed beta 8 but I don't have an apps page. I do have the new docker page under extensions.  What am I missing ?

You mean http://Tower:8080 , for an example? Isn't this incompatible with OSX users?

I'm working on a multiview apps menu, banners or icons, your choose.

gfjardim - where did you want posts or feedback on dockerman / apps page?

Here, please. Let's maintain it organized.

Tom, links using the server name don't work on OSX, unless in format http://Tower.local:8080.

I added the icons you requested. If the app doesn't have a webGui, it will point to the app website.

really liked how you have an option on the apps page to go from banner to icon, but will there be any plans to incorporate the same options that are available in banner view, while the apps page is in icon view ie... add, start, stop, and logs.

That is OUTSTANDING!!!!

I'm not sure. Tom requested the icons view to keep things simple and clean. It's the default view because of that. Adding things could only pollute the view.

How do we properly update to your newest version as opposed to the one in beta8?

Do we use the install extension option? I saw Tom post we are not supposed to just drop plg files into the plugin folder anymore, and want to make sure I don't break anything.

Thanks, but this doesn't really answer my question. Is there a dockerMan.plg file I just need to replace in a directory, or do I dump this new file and use Install Extension via the GUI to upgrade to this?

Sorry if I am not understanding something. It's been a long day. :)
