July 2, 201412 yr I often get unpack errors like unusable rar in sabnzb due to the fact that I still have an older version of unrar on my server. Did unrar get installed with sabnzb? Are there any updates for unrar to version 5? Or does the plugin needs to e updated?

There is no rar or unrar in my v6b6 install, that responds to the command line, and it looks like the available plugins may not be 64 bit compatible. Can anyone point to a plugin, or perhaps an "archive processing" docker container?

I have unrar on my 6b6, I'm assuming it came with the sabnzbd plugin authored by PhAzE http://lime-technology.com/forum/index.php?topic=33341.0 If you just want the unrar portion, you should be able to parse the plg file and fetch just the package you need and put it in the correct folder to have it auto install.
July 18, 201411 yr Ya use the phaze plugin and it gets the latest file that you are looking for. You can atleast use the link inside the plugin to get the link to download package manually if you prefer that. Phaze plugins seem the best until dockers are out and are supported on an unbeta os.
September 1, 201411 yr you guys do realize that sab 0.6.x is YEARS old? 0.7.0 came out june of 2012.... do yourself a favor and upgrade to 0.7.18. there has been many improvements/fixes.
September 1, 201411 yr There was a par2 problem years ago where the slack package didn't return the correct response when it had to repair the archive which lead SAB to error out. This reminds me of that issue and makes me think the new rar package has an issue now too. The files unrars if you just hit retry so it's not a bad archive.
