Bought this bundle a week ago. Once you update the bios to version 4.3, you can overclock to 4.3GHz on the stock Intel HSF using just the OC Genie function in the BIOS. Will probably look to push it at some point, but for now it's fast and stable. Heck of a deal for $100.
