Will this work with unRaid.

 

Seems like a pretty good deal for some massive storage.

 

I know I wouldn't want a parity drive in that box, but it seems like a good way to get a lot of drives hooked up easily.

    These enclosures work just fine with unRAID.

     

    I have four of them, two are being used with unRAID (48TB and 60TB raw capacities).

     

    Most any SAS card can connect to them.  One downside is that they're not SAS2, so just 3Gb/s times the four channels, i.e. 12Gb/s or about 1.1GB/s total aggregate bandwidth.

     

    Sorry to resurrect such an old thread.
