Maybe there are other $30-ish cards out there but the one's I've been looking at have been more.  This does not support RAID (no prob) and has a Marvell 92xx controller.  Four separate regular SATA connectors and 2 12" red cables.

 

I've only had it a few hours but it recognized my array drives right off and is currently working on a pre-clear drive.

    Yes, these are very nice cards for UnRAID.  I've got 2 of them sitting on my shelf ... can't resist a deal, and Newegg has had sales on them several times for < $15, so I grabbed a couple for spares and have one in use in a system.
