I'm looking for a simple DNLA server.  One older option is Mediavault, though it seems a 64 bit version is not available.  MiniDNLA seems to be a popular option on the linux circuit, for example these on Debian:

I think there are some ubuntu versions as well;  both are available in 64 bit.  I can't see any in docker containers yet.

 

I hope others agree that this could be useful.

Edit:  I see the sourceforge page says MiniDNLA has been rechristened "ReadyMedia"
