Please recommand a raid card (Raid 5) for ESXi Datastore

Hi all,  I would like to seek some help on choosing a raid card (need to run Raid 5) for my ESXi for the datastore of guest OS.

 

It seems that a lot of stuff is needed to be considered, such as, write-back function, cache, battery and flash, etc.

 

My motherboard is X9SRL-F. My budget is around US$300-$400 (can be a little bit more if it is worth it  :)). I will use 3 - 4 HD (WD 1TB Black) at first and "may" switch to SSD later.

 

I don't need a super speed raid card as it always too expensive for me, but battery and flash is preferred for safety reason.
