In reference to Check Disk Filesystem

 

I don't have any present issues and I've never needed to run reiserfsck, but out of curiosity I was wondering if it is possible to run reiserfsck on multiple drives simultaneously?

The check can be done in parallel, but any additional commands will take longer than running in sequence.

From what I often read on the forums to keep the array as healthy as possible I see more emphasis on preclearing disks before use, and parity check monthly, but not sure how often is it recommended to run reiserfsck, if necessary?
