Help with MegaRAID 9260-8i

Hi there,

 

I got a LSI MegaRAID 9260-8i and plugged it in my Unraid tower thinking everything will works right away. Actually it's far from that and im not too sure on what to do, i tried with and without virtual drives but in both case Unraid never see the drives. I took few spare drives at work and  got a tool in Windows to see what i had on my Unraid drives so i dont mind to restart my Unraid setup from scratch even if its means to take few days to transfert the 8TB back to it.

 

So the real question is what i need to do in order to make that card working with unraid? Im actually using 5.0-rc16c but dont mind to upgrade to 5.0.5 or even Beta 6 if this gonna help.

    I thought that it was recommended to you use a different card because it is not a HBA card.
