I was wondering about what a average rebuild speed is? Why are rebuilds so slow? Im rebuilding a drive 4 tb drive now at 7,30 MB/sec. With 9000 minutes to go its not even funny.. (hgst 4tb 7200 rmp nasdisk)

    A rebuild should happen at a similar speed to a parity check.  On my system a rebuild happens at 100+MBps.  If it is running as slow as you indicate it is an indication that errors may be occurring.  You might want to look at the syslog to see if it is showing anything.
