March 7, 200917 yr Glad we could help you, but you helped yourself a lot also by diligently following directions and not giving up! I think you also learned a lot and will know what to do in the future. On the second throught, realize that Tom does not monitor the forum very frequently. Although he does swoop down from time to time and answers some support questions, 90% of the time he does not participate. Lots of commercial companies ignore the forums - treating it as strictly a user-to-user / self-help venue. Although perhaps not our preference, that is what is happening here as well. If you ever have a problem, and the forum is not able to help, contact Tom via email. I think you'll find that he is responsive.
