Unable to find BOOTMGR

I powered down my raid from the web interface.  Swapped a drive to increase space.  Now my system after the BIOS steps says:

Unable to find BOOTMGR, press cntl/alt/del

 

I can see all the files on my thumb drive from another computer.

Should I backup the files and reformat my thumb drive or any better ideas?

Don't worry.

Most probably BIOS changed the boot order after you made the swap. :D

 

Change the order back to USB.

I checked the BIOS and it changed the USB boot type.  Changed it back and all is well.
