[SOLVED]Only seeing 1 out of 4 NICs

the os is only seeing 1 out of my 4 NICs.

 

I currently have moved all the Ethernet connections around and tested. Singularly they work. However if leave all 4 plugged into the switch the OS will only single out one and use it. The switch is seeing that they are on and connected. The router is only seeing one NIC. The OS is only seeing one NIC.

 

Any Ideas?
