(DUPLICATE) Loosing user shares

Featured Replies

I only noticed this in beta8 and it's not happening in 5.0.5

Initial setting:

Share Settings -> Cache Settings -> Use cache disk ->No

If I change to Yes I loose all the User shares, the only way to get them back is to restart the server.

Same thing happens if after a server reboot I change from Yes to No, please find attached the syslog for this scenario.

No plugins are installed, docker is running with couple containers.

Edit: A stop/start array brings the user shares back.

syslog.zip

Instead of rebooting the server, setup and restart the array. Does that get the shares back ?

Yes stop/start array does bring the user shares back.

Marking this fixed in -beta9.  If you still find a problem, please post here and I'll re-open.
