Sabnzbd core file

Featured Replies

What is it?  ???

My google fu is failing me, I have a 1.27GB file in my Sab root.

The file name is simply "core". Examining it with a binary viewer doesn't tell me anything useful, just that the first characters are ASCII .ELF.

The date on the file is roughly 1 month ago, so I'll probably just end up deleting it, but it sure would be nice to know what it is.

Thanks, I got that far already on my own. I just was wondering what it was doing in my Sab folder, and what process put it there.

core files in linux are program crashes - its a dump for diag purposes

Interesting. I don't remember Sab crashing. Good to know I can just delete it then.

Thanks!
