Check www.silentpcreview.com for in depth fan reviews.

Straight up no competition... Noctua. A bit pricey but we'll worth it. Very quiet and good flow at high static pressure

The silenx has a lot more information on newegg.ca:

    80mm

    1700 RPM 32 CFM

    3rd generation fluid dynamic bearings

    15 dBA

for $10 less.

Will have to do more research.

i'd focus more on review sites than marketing info.  that isn't to say SilentX are bad or exaggerating, just that if you want a lot of info for something like fans, you'll want to read some of the review sites on that topic.

Agree with this 100%.  Noctua fans are hard to beat.

as stated, never take marketing as truth. its often exaggerated or tested in unconventional conditions that will never be repeatable.

wow.

Noctua and only Noctua. Don't even look at Silenx - their parameters are simply lie.

If you are interested, I've attached a PDF of some popular fans paramaters comparison table I've made when I was looking for it.
